Your data is yours, and we guard it closely. We do not sell any of your information. We want to be fully transparent on how we collect and use your data, so please read on for more details.
We collect certain information through the use of “cookies,” which are small text files saved by your browser when you access websites. You must enable session cookies to login to GrooveUI, as with many other sites. We may use long-term cookies to monitor aggregate usage and web traffic routing and to customize and improve GrooveUI. We may use third-party service providers for the purpose of support, outbound communication, and marketing, and these third-party service providers may place their own cookies on your browser.
GrooveUI automatically records information including IP addresses, browser types, operating systems, pages or features of GrooveUI used and time spent on each, search terms and other statistics. This information is used to analyze how people use GrooveUI, and is analyzed in aggregate for the purpose of customizing and improving user experience.
In some cases, we may convert your IP address into a rough geolocation to improve and personalize GrooveUI (for example, to display time data in the correct local time).

To delete your PII and cancel your account, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will delete your information as soon as is practicable, but some information may remain in archived or backup copies for our records or otherwise required by law.
GrooveUI is not directed to children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect PII from children under 18. If we learn that we have collected PII of a child under 18, we will take steps to delete such information from our files as soon as is practicable.
